Man caught in the act of raping 15-year-old girl

A construction worker was arrested in del Monte, Bulacan for allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl. But according to the suspect, the victim was his girlfriend.

Emil Sumangil reported on News “24 Oras” on Wednesday that Junior Mahusay was arrested after the victim’s aunt complained about what the suspect was doing to her niece.

This is not the first time the man has abused the victim. So when she received the information that the suspect picked up the victim who was his neighbor, he was arrested in the act while committing lewdness.

But Mahusay’s defense was that the 15-year-old was his girlfriend and that the girl’s relative was just against their relationship.

But SJDM chief Major Julius Alvaro said the victim did not know that she would be taken to a grassy area.

Mahusay will face charges of rape and child abuse.

Brgy Ex-O in Sampaloc arrested for allegedly attempting to rape 13-year-old girl

Police arrested Ex-O of a barangay in Sampaloc after the family of a minor complained on Wednesday.

He allegedly tried to rape the 13-year-old girl, the daughter of another worker in their barangay. The molestation allegedly took place in the barangay hall and was even captured by CCTV.

The 45-year-old suspect was carrying the victim without wearing underwear when he entered the barangay hall.

According to Police Lt. Col. Gene Licud, commander of the Sampaloc Police, another barangay resident noticed them and followed them inside the barangay hall so the rape was stopped.

The suspect defended himself that he did nothing because he felt sorry for the girl and that the victim allegedly undressed and asked him to have sex.

But according to the victim’s family, the girl was just about to fetch water when the suspect allegedly touched her.

Barangay Ex-O is charged with attempted rape.

Police are urging barangays to restrict the selection of those who will serve in the barangay, such as adding a neuro-psychiatric exam, to thoroughly investigate the identity of future law enforcement officers.
