According to the victim, it was December when he was chatting with the teacher who posed as a girl. He allegedly asked him for a nude video, which the suspect used to blackmail him later on.

Authorities seized a cellphone and a rope from the suspect that would have been used to tie the victim’s hand.

Torres continues to deny the accusations against him, though police say they have strong evidence against the teacher.

The suspect faces charges of sextortion and violation of the Anti-Voyeurism Law in relation to Child Abuse.
