For example, when you buy gas at Mobil stations, you earn 30 points for every liter you buy.


When you make purchases at certain grocery stores, like Valu-Mart, Loblaw’s, Zehrs, No Frills, Real Canadian Superstore, and others, you earn at least 10 points for every $1 that you spend

You also earn when you spend on drug stores, at a rate of 25 points for every $1 that you spend. On your travels, for every $1 that you spend, you earn at least 20 points. Anywhere else, you earn 10 points per $1 that you spend.

There are specific requirements that you have to meet before you can apply for any credit card and this one is no different. First, you need to be of legal age, which is 18 years, before you can apply for this card. You then have to be a Canadian resident to apply for this card.

There are documents that you need to have like your ID, latest salary slip, and a bank statement that shows your last three months’ of deposits. You also have to either be employed or to apply for this card. You need to also be earning at least $60,000 to $80,000 annually, and that’s for the last three years or more.

For a cash advance, you’ll be charged and APR of 22.97% annually. For balance transfers, in the first 6 months, you get a 0.97% interest charge which is a promotion for all new accounts. Foreign currency transactions are charged at 2.5% for the transaction you make.
