“Actually ready na niyang ilibing yung bata, may hukay na po,” said Pritz Archie Salibio, member of Task Force Disiplina.

(Actually, he is ready to bury the child, there is already a pit.)

Authorities estimate the fetus is six to seven months old.

According to the man, who is a resident of Caloocan, his 14-year-old adopted child is the mother of the fetus. He said he did not know where it would be buried, so he looked for a hiding place.

“Nag-aalangan ako sa mama niya kasi nasa ibang bansa, tapos bata pa yun, masisira ang kinabukasan,” said the suspect regarding the mother of the fetus.

(I was hesitant about her mother because she was in another country, then when she was young, her future would be ruined.)

The investigation revealed that the suspect himself impregnated his adopted child. The suspect will face an intentional abortion complaint based on the statement of his adopted daughter.

The suspect is already in the custody of the Caloocan Police.

Grandmother killed by police in QC will be buried Friday afternoon

Lilibeth Valdez, the victim shot by police in Quezon City, is scheduled to be buried Friday afternoon.

There will be a mass at the Good Shepherd Cathedral before Valdez’s remains will be directed to Bagbag Cemetery.

Last Thursday night, the victim’s relatives visited here.

Since Wednesday, no other officers had visited Valdez’s hill when Philippine National Police Chief Guillermo Eleazar visited the wake.

He said the family of the policeman who was shot still has not spoken to them.

Meanwhile, the PNP Internal Affairs Service has also filed administrative charges against Police Master Sgt. Hensie Zinampan.

He was given 9 days to answer them. But the PNP IAS is confident that the police will be fired immediately because the video evidence is strong.
