Tropical storm Ramon intensified into a typhoon as it moves west-northwestward towards the Babuyan Islands and raised signal number 3 in the Northern part of Cagayan, Tuesday, November 19.
As per PAGASA’s severe weather bulletin, at 4:00 AM today, the eye of Typhoon “Ramon” was located based on all available data including Aparri Doppler Radar at 120 km East of Calayan, Cagayan (19.1 °N, 122.6 °E )

Typhoon Ramon is moving West Northwest at 10 kph with maximum sustained winds of 120 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 150 kph.
