The family found the child Wednesday night, but he was no longer alive. The victim was placed in an ecobag and thrown into the hay before being found with the help of a tricycle driver.

Col. Soledad Elefanio, of Police Regional Office 3 public information office.

So when the tricycle driver found out, he was the one who told the parents that he had seen something, that this twin was carrying a plastic bag and threw it on the grassy area.)
