The announcement came after the actress hosted the proclamation rally of the UNITeam, which Bongbong Marcos and Sara Duterte lead. Also included in the party is the House Representative, who voted to cancel the franchise of ABS-CBN in 2020.

Gonzaga gladly introduced Congressman Rodante Marcoleta, one of the leaders in the hearing of ABS-CBN’s franchise renewal in 2020.

Among those disappointed with the Ultimate Multimedia Star was former and current ABS-CBN employees, Palanca awardee, ABS-CBN scriptwriter, and nominee of the Kapamilya ng Manggagawang Pilipino party-list Jerry Gracio.

The network is not “benggador” or interfering in the political stand of their artists and employees. The Pinoy Big Brother main host is said to be in the delicacy of whether she will resign as an employee of the Kapamilya Network, just in case. Rumor has it that many of hEr colleagues on the reality show were disappointed with what she did.

Her fellow PBB hosts Bianca Gonzalez, Robi Domingo, and Enchong Dee are certified Kakampink.

Meanwhile, it will be recalled that in 2020, at the height of the House’s rejection of ABS-CBN’s franchise renewal, Toni gave her support to Kapamilya Network and sympathized with the employees who lost their jobs due to retrenchment at the height of the pandemic.
