SWS: 79% if Pinoys believe health protocol violators spread COVID-19

The national Social Weather Survey of April 28–May 2, 2021 found 79% of adult Filipinos saying violators of health protocols, 11% the government’s lack of preparation, and 10% the new Covid-19 variant, are the real cause of the current spread of Covid-19 in the Philippines.

The survey asked, “In your opinion, which of the following do you think is the real cause of the current spread of Covid-19 in the Philippines?” Respondents were given a list of three choices, presented in random order, and asked to provide one answer only.
