Suspect in Maguad siblings’ killing did not show remorse

The Maguad family will not be able to get enough justice they hope for, according to the mother of the murdered siblings Lovella Maguad on Tuesday, April 5, 2022.

According to Lovella, on the 7th day after the arraignment, they could not find a supporting document to prove that the data or information contained in the birth certificate of the female suspect was incorrect.

“We didn’t find any supporting documents to further prove the erroneous data in her birth certificate. We’ll just leave to the LCR and PSA how they’d like to sanction such incompetence,” she said in a Facebook post on Tuesday.

The suspect was identified as “Janice,” who is considered the family’s adopted daughter.

“Janice” is a working student, and one of the victims, Crizzle Gwynn, persuaded her parents to let her live in their house. It was as if they were real brothers and sisters.

“Janice” became one of the persons of interest and material witness because she was the only survivor with the victims.

Lovella allegedly failed to post after the arraignment because she knew they would not be able to get enough justice.

She also stressed RA 9344, or the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act, where a child aged 15 years and below and children over the age of 15 but under 18 years of age cannot be detained.

The mother of the Maguad siblings has also long questioned the law.

“‘Yan po ang juvenile law maliban sa walang provision sa mga victims who are also minors tatawaran pa ang justice ng 1 to 2 degree lower. Kasi bata daw…

She also shared how she heinously murdered her two children. She said her son Crizvlle Louis sustained 51 stab wounds.

The Maguad siblings were hammered and stabbed. She also allegedly hit them with a bottle, baseball bat, flower vase, and frying pan and almost cut the neck of her daughter Crizzlle Gwynn and also lost her ear due to the stab.

Suspect in Maguad siblings’ killing did not show remorse

Only EVIL can do that!

On December 10, 2021, around 2:00 pm, the crime took place inside their house.

Lovella also shared what the social worker said that minors who kill should not be called “criminals.”

“‘Yung ipinakikita niyang kabaitan at paging magalang were all scripted kasi sa pangatlong beses na pagkikita namin ni hindi man lang nag greet sa amin o nagmano as she used to do. O nagpapakita ng pagsisisi o humingi ng tawad. Walang remorse. Para gusto pa niyang ipakita sa amin na kami ang may kasalanan,” the mother of Maguad siblings said.

To this day, she is still hurt by the tragedy. But, they said they work nonstop to alleviate the longing for their two children.
