According to Inonog’s partner, she was surprised when he just saw her message and did not answer her call, which he had not done before.

Before disappearing, Inonog even managed to call a man named Mario and said he was taking them in the van. But Inonog’s cellphone was snatched, and he has not been contacted since.

Mario said they immediately went to the cockpit in Manila, but the guards there kept their mouths shut about what happened.

She said he could no longer sleep and could not eat.

Rondel is their only child and the breadwinner.

“Napakasakit. Parang sasabog ang puso ko sa sobrang hinagpis, sa sobrang hinanakit. Kaisa-isa kong anak ganito ang sinapit,” he said.

“Hindi naman po siya masamang tao, siya lang po ang bumubuhay sa amin. Wala po akong trabaho, PWD po ako. Maanaw na po kayo,” he added.

Even the alleged financier of the group, Ferdinand Dizon, could no longer be contacted by the relatives of the missing sabungeros.
