The Commission on Elections (Comelec) announced Tuesday that party-list organizations have until March 31 to register for the 2022 national elections.
“‘Yung petition for registration ng partylist sana po ‘yung mga totoong party-list naman (we hope you’re a real party-list),” Comelec commissioner Rowena Guanzon told ABS-CBN’s Teleradyo.
“At ngayon para walang gulo-gulo, pagsubmit niyo ng list of nominees ninyo, may proof of publication na kayo sa newspapers of national circulation.”
(When you submit your list of nominees, you need proof of publication on newspapers of national circulation.)
Meanwhile, the following groups’ registration could be removed due to non-participation in the last two elections:
1. ADING – Advance Community Development in New Generation
2. 1-AAMOVER – 1-A Action Moral & Values Recovery Reform of the Phils., Inc
3. ANG PAMILYA -Una Ang Pamilya
4. AG – Ang Galing Pinoy
5. ALAGAD – Alagad Party-List
6. ANAD – Alliance For Nationalism and Democracy
7. KAKUSA – Kapatiran ng mga Nakulong na Walang Sala, Inc.
8. KALIKASAN PARTY-LIST – Kalikasan Partylist
9. 1-AANI – Usa An Aton Nahigugma Nga Iroy Nga Tuna

Among the party-list groups that could be removed from the Comelec’s list due to the failure to get a 2-percent vote and failed to get a seat in Congress is as follows:
