The live-in partner of comedian Tekla sought the help of Raffy Tulfo in Action and complained of abuse against him.
Michelle Lhor Bana-ag told Tulfo that Tekla would force her to have sex with him even she was not feeling well.
She added the comedian would not give them food if she refuses to have sex with him.
Bana-ag forwarded a video to Tulfo, showing a heated argument between her and Tekla. The video showed her reprimanding Tekla for masturbating while she was holding their baby.
She also said who the comedian would repeatedly force her to have sex with him or, if not, touch her in her private parts even there are children around.
“Masama and pakiramdam ko. Pag hapon po nilalagnat ako, sumasama and pakiramdam ko. Ang bigat po ng ulo ko. Hindi niya po maintindihan. Hindi niya po marespeto,” Bana-ag said.
“Pina-injectionan po ako ng family planning kasi di nya mapigilan and sarili nya. Gusto po niya akong galawin,” she added.
Tulfo then asked if Tekla has vices and Bana-ag said that he stopped using illegal drugs since last year.
“Gawain yan ng mga taong wala sa tamang pag-iisip,” Tulfo said.

According to Atty. Gareth, Tekla could be facing several cases, including violence against women, acts of lasciviousness, child abuse, and marital rape for forcing his live-in partner to have intercourse with him.
Bana-ag said Tekla forced her thrice to have sex with him, meaning the comedian could be facing three counts of marital rape. He could also be facing five counts of child abuse for masturbating in front of the children.
Raffy Tulfo in Action tried to reach out to Tekla to get his side, but the latter was in a taping. GMA Artist Center, which handles the comedian, has not released a statement regarding the issue.
