Miss Cavite 2020 vows to protect Rabiya Mateo

Miss Cavite 2020 Billie Hakenson promised to protect and stand for 2020, Rabiya Mateo.

Billie was one of the candidates in the recent national pageant who became the early favorite of the Miss Universe PH focus because of her ability to walk and project on stage.


Her name also became known before the controversial grand coronation was held after she admitted she was a bisexual.

According to Miss Cavite 2020, she is content and happy to be the 4th runner-up in 2020, the important thing is that she gave her best in every aspect of the fight.

At the same time, she believes that Rabiya deserves to win, and she will support her generously until she fights in the 2020 Miss Universe.


On her Instagram page, the beauty queen posted a photo with Rabiya and Miss Pauline Amelinckx, who was presented as the 3rd runner-up.

Miss Cavite said in the caption, “The happiest 4th RU.”

“That’s me. I never expected to be a part of the Top 5. And I’m still basking elation (sic) with my achievements.

“Of course, the crown was the goal. But, I achieved more than the actual crown and title. I was heard, and people listened,” she added. “To @paulineamelinckx (Miss Bohol), my sentimental Ms. Universe, I love you.”

“We’ve been together since the press presentation and to our ‘iyak sayaw’ moment during the actual crowning of winners.

“Of course, my heart was broken because I know how amazing you would have been as our queen, but I know you will have your moment. And I will be there to witness that.”

Miss Cavite 2020 promised to Rabiya, “To our Ms. Universe PH @rabiyamateo, our youngest A&Q sister, I appreciate the talk we had, as well as the sincerity and honesty you showed during the said talk.”
