Man holds call center agent a hostage in Pasay

A man who took a call center agent hostage in Pasay City this Saturday was mobbed and arrested by the police.

The incident happened at six o’clock in the evening, according to a report by Nico Waje in Unang Balita this Monday.

The suspect took hostage after the police allegedly did not listen to him when he asked for help.

He grabbed a female call center agent just waiting for a ride home to Cavite.

The suspect took the victim to a corner, broke a bottle, and pointed it at the victim’s neck.

A police officer approached and talked to the suspect to negotiate.

After more than 30 minutes, the people were in trouble. It turned out that the people had joined the suspect.

At the police station in Pasay where the suspect was taken, he said he did not know how he ended up in the city.

He said he knew he was only in Baguio, but when he woke up, he was surprised to find that he was already in Pasay.

He said he asked the police for help to take him to the hospital because his feet were swollen, but they did not believe him.

According to the victim, she felt the broken bottle pointed at her neck.

She said she begged the suspect not to hurt her because she has a family.

The suspect said that blood was coming out. It is said that the suspect also told the victim to remove her hand that was blocking his hand.

According to Police Major Ryan Salazar, chief of Pasay City Police Substation 3, they first calmed down the suspect and talked to him.

When there was an opportunity, the police grabbed the suspect’s arm and recovered the victim.

The suspect is from the province and went to Manila to look for work.

Salazar said that the suspect first asked for an ambulance, and that was the police’s action because they saw that he needed medical attention. But when they turned back, the suspect took hostages.

The victim is in good condition.

The suspect will face complaints of illegal detention, frustrated murder and alarm and scandal.
