It just started with a misconception, so 1 man stabbed 3 delivery riders in Barangay Culiat, Quezon City.
According to the suspect, he was previously imprisoned for 8 years after being involved in robbery-homicide.
But he was not the one who killed then, and he was only included in the warrant.
The man is said to be very angry with the real killer.
He allegedly thought that the real killer was one of the stabbed delivery riders.
The riders were wearing masks, but he allegedly identified his target based on his physique.
According to the riders, they had nothing to do with the suspect. He said they were just delivering, and the others were on their way home when the suspect suddenly attacked them.
They were surprised because they did not know what their fault was and suddenly the man attacked.
Some delivery riders were injured in the arm, and the riders who sustained only injuries were safe.
Meanwhile, the suspect went back to jail.
9 arrested for detaining Chinese national in Parañaque
Eight Chinese men and a Filipina are in the custody of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in the National Capital Region (CIDG NCR) after they were arrested during an operation by the NCR regional field unit in Parañaque City Thursday night.
According to CIDG-NCR chief Col. Rogarth Campo, they conducted an operation to retrieve the pickup truck that the suspects allegedly took.
The group allegedly detained a 29-year-old Chinese man.
The victim told the police that one of the suspects handcuffed him because of the victim’s debt.
His rented pickup truck was also hijacked and taken with him to a house in Multinational Village.
He was released the next day, but the car was not returned until he paid the debt.
The victim and the owner of the rented truck approached the CIDG.
The vehicle was tracked by GPS, and 2 Chinese on board were arrested.
He then went to the house where the victim was detained.
There, 6 other Chinese and the Filipina relative of one of them were arrested.
Also confiscated were shotguns, 2 9mm guns, ammunition, handcuffs, and even suspected shabu and drug paraphernalia.
