Son of Cong. Teves punches security guard in Parañaque

The identity of the man who allegedly punched, kicked, and threatened a security guard in BF Homes Subdivision in Parañaque City has been determined.

In a report by Katrina Son on GMA News “24 Oras” on Monday, it was said that the BF Federation of Homeowners’ Associations is preparing the complaint to be filed against Kirk Matthew Teves, son of Negros Oriental Representative Arnolfo Teves.

It was first reported that the younger Teves was angry when the victim security guard Jomar Pajares stopped him from entering the subdivision because his vehicle did not have a “sticker.”

The incident happened on the night of March 16, when the guard was finishing work.

CCTV footage shows that the younger Teves even challenged to a fistfight and gunfight while he was driving in his car.

The identity of the fat Teves was determined after BFFHIA checked who the owner of the vehicle was based on its plate number.

Pajares also positively identified the younger Teves as the one who hurt him.

To this day, Pajares admits that he still fears for his safety and that of his family.

Stepfather arrested for allegedly molesting a 12-year-old girl in Caloocan

In Bagumbong, Caloocan, a man was arrested for allegedly molesting his 12-year-old stepdaughter while the victim’s mother was in jail.

According to a report by James Agustin in Unang Balita of GMA News on Monday, the 40-year-old suspect was arrested after the victim complained to her grandmother.

The victim allegedly went to her grandmother’s house crying and terrified.

Authorities also allegedly seized 10 grams of shabu worth P68,000 from the suspect. The suspect is also said to be on the drug watch list.

The victim’s mother was also jailed in February for drugs.

“While nakakulong dito ‘yung nanay niya, so naiwan sa bahay ‘yung kanyang anak at ‘yung stepfather,” said Police Major Jose Hizon, commander of Caloocan Police Substation 8.

The victim’s grandmother decided to file a statutory rape case against the suspect.

In addition, the suspect will also face charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, according to police.
