Kapuso stars Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo are now married!

Based on the photo circulated on social media Monday night, November 15, Jennylyn chose an all-white pantsuit, which matched Dennis’ wedding outfit.

The couple, who have known each other for almost 15 years, announced that they were pregnant last month.

In an interview with Preview magazine, Mercado and her fiancé Dennis Trillo admitted that they have been trying to have children since 2018. Still, the actress is having a hard time getting pregnant.

So in 2020, they decided to go to America for surrogacy. In Dallas, the two found a surrogate for their future child.

She said that everything was ready and that only signing the documents made Jennylyn Mercado feel different.

However, things changed when they discovered that Jennylyn was pregnant with their first child.

Mercado and Trillo announced that they were engaged as they confirmed that they were pregnant.

They became a couple in 2010, but their relationship lasted only for 11 months. They then reunited in 2014 and have been together since then.

The 2 actors each have one child in their previous relationships, Alex Jazz, Jennylyn Mercado’s son to Patrick Garcia, and Calix, Trillo’s son to Carlene Aguilar.

Jennylyn is a Filipina actress, singer, and songwriter. She was the winner of the first season of the reality talent competition StarStruck. Mercado garnered acclaim at a young age for her acting performances on television and film.

Dennis Trillo is a Filipino actor, model, and recording artist. He is currently a contract star of GMA Network. He was known for his role as Eric del Mundo in the first-ever gay-themed series on Philippine TV, My Husband’s Lover, aired on GMA Network in 2013.

Trillo received his first acting award in 2004 for his role as a cross-dressing spy in the 2004 war film Aishite Imasu 1941: Mahal Kita.  In April 2016, he appeared in another primetime television series, Juan Happy Love Story, opposite his Dwarfina leading lady Heart Evangelista.
