The new concept vehicle is one of the most unusual RV’s ever seen, the MVP Aero is still under development but set to be released as a kit in the next year or two.
The Aero is a small aeroplane with a retractable instrument panel so when you are on the water you can open the front of the unit and sit on the deck like a fishing boat – the great part is the plane motor also works as a trolling motor which can get you in and out of any tight spot or fishing cove you desire.
But wait that’s not all the MVP Aero can do – the plane has a built-in tent which covers the entire front and creates a large sleeping area for two – don’t worry about being uncomfortable, the plane comes with its own concealed air-mattress for a comfortable night sleep.
The only downfall is that the MVP Aero is not a toy and requires a full pilot’s licence. Test models feature several engine options, with the largest able to cruise at 104 knots. The price is expected to be $189,000 for a fully factory assembled basic model.
