Herlene “Hipon Girl” Budol was said to have gained courage with the support of “hiponatics” when she entered the Top 40 of Binibining Pilipinas. The advocacy she will promote is about autism.
This Friday, Herlene Budol was overjoyed when she was likely to be in the top 40 of the competition. Then, this Saturday, she posted an impromptu photoshoot of her wearing a yellow Thai royalty-inspired gown.
“Grabe at sobrang lunod ang aking messenger sa mga pag bati ng Congratulations Hipon! TY ng Marami tlga!” she said in the caption.
“Nakakataba po ng puso ang pag cheer up nyo sa akin at lumalakas loob ko dahil yan sa inyo mga Ka-Hiponatics,” Herlene Budol added.
She also thanked those who supported her advocacy of autism awareness and detection.
“TY po ng marami mga Super Mom at mga single mom na nag hahanga sa aking Advocacy dahil may anak din sila Autism,” she said. “Kung love nyo po ako mga super mom, love ko rin po kayo dahil sa mga pinag dadaanan nyo po. Saludo po ako sa inyo at Sisikapin ko maging Spokeperson sa aking Advocacy para makatulong sa mga nangangailangan.”

She said her team is preparing a perfect look and training to help her get the crown.
Herlene Budol still didn’t lose her cheerfulness and sense of humor when she introduced herself in her post despite the excitement and fun.
“Ako nga pala si Binibining Nicole Budol aka Herlene Hipon at naniniwala sa kasabihan for today ‘Kung naninikip ang dibdib mo, pwes, paluwagin mo ang Bra mo,'” she said.
When Herlene found out she was in the Top 40, she announced in a post this Friday, “Ohmygad nung tinawag ang #67 na speechless po ako at wala pa rin akong tigil sa kaka-iyak dito sa backstage.”
“Thank you Lord for hearing and answering my prayers!,” she added.
The winner of Binibining Pilipinas 2022 will represent the country in Miss International, Miss Globe, Miss Intercontinental, and Miss Grand International.
