According to Altamirano, the drugs found in her bag came from a foreigner.
“Doon sa Chinese. Ipapalit ko dapat ng kush. Nanliligaw sa akin,” said Altamirano.

The MPD said that apart from the woman being the driver, the arrested members of the drug group used the rented vehicles to change vehicles and not be followed by the authorities quickly.

“Isa rin sa tinitingnan naming anggulo bakit nakakapag-rent nang walang driver’s license ‘yung mga Chinese national. PAra makapag-arkila ka ng isang buong buwan, bayad ‘yung private vehicles. Ganu’n kalaki na siguro ‘yung market nila,” said Police Lieutenant Colonel Rosalino Ibay Jr., Chief, Special Mayor Reaction Team.

Altamirano will face a case of violation of RA. 9165 suspects in addition to a case of traffic enforcer assault and traffic violation.

Other suspects refused to give a statement on the incident.

In the police report, it was said that the woman who was driving the SUV violated the traffic signal, so the enforcer of the Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau (MTPB) stopped her.

But instead of stopping, the motorist allegedly continued to drive, so he chased after him.

When caught, she was asked for a license. But the woman allegedly did not have a license, so the traffic enforcer took the OR/CR of the vehicle.

When the female driver entered the vehicle, she even grabbed the enforcer in uniform and kept shouting.

In the  video on social media, there was even a chance that the woman kicked the enforcer.
