President Rodrigo Duterte has again criticized Senator Leila de Lima, one of the critics of his bloody anti-drug war during his speech at the 80th anniversary of the Department of National Defense (DND) at Camp Aguinaldo in Quezon City.

The president firmly believed that the drug charges against Senator de Lima were all true. Duterte also recounted De Lima’s alleged sex scandal with her driver while sitting as the Justice secretary.

“She allowed to be filmed when she was having sexual intercourse with her driver, who was the collector. And that picture has been making the rounds. You saw it all,” Duterte said.

The president has even challenged to share the video to prove his allegation.

“Can you really believe a woman like that? Allowing herself… She was then the Justice Secretary. And if you want, I will give the disc to you. Look at the way she slurped after doing it,” the president added.

Duterte says drug charges against Leila De Lima all ‘true and accurate’

According to Duterte, the biggest insult he received from human rights advocates was their refusal to accept the case against De Lima was true.

The human rights groups believed the senator was only a political prisoner.

“The greatest insult that I have received from these people is they refused to understand that the case against De Lima is true and accurate. They took the line of the left that she is a political prisoner,” said Duterte.

The president said De Lima actually received the drug money because she needed it to run for senatorial race.

“On my oast as President, I’m telling you, it is true. If she really did collect money, why? She was not into business bus ambitions can blind you. That is why you need money to run for senator. You need millions to do that,” the president added.
