His father went to the Caloocan Police Station the next day to visit him.

But when he returned on Friday, May 21, he found that his son was no longer there, and he was rushed to the hospital.

When the father went to the hospital, he found his son dead.

The death certificate states that Mateo died of a heart attack and electrolyte imbalance.

But the family doubts this, also based on what the doctor said where Mateo seems to have experienced torture because of his black eye, and he had many bruises on his body.

Caloocan Police denied the allegation and claimed that the man was a COVID-19 suspect. Moreover, no foul play also occurred.

According to the report, the victim’s family approached PNP Chief Guillermo Eleazar to investigate his death.

Witness to the murder of a man with autism in Valenzuela urged to testify

Valenzuela Police urged witnesses who allegedly saw a policeman shooting a man with autism to come forward.

The policeman was holding another suspect, so Edwin Arnigo was able to grab the cop’s gun, said Haveria.
