The company is being investigated in the Senate for an allegedly anomalous contract with a government company to purchase equipment such as a face shield.

Contempt cited the siblings for refusing to hand over company documents subpoenaed by the Blue Ribbon Committee.

But Mohit insisted at the time that it was the company’s decision and not theirs.

A woman accepted the arrest order when served at the condominium unit in Cebu City on Friday. The woman said that Lao no longer lived there and had been rented out to someone else.

No one was at Lao’s house in a subdivision in Maa, Davao City that he went to on Saturday.

But OSAA obtained certification from a real estate company registered with Lao and owned by Lao.

There are also future contempt charges for not appearing in the Senate by Lao, the then holder of the DBM Procurement Service.

Last week, Senator Sonny Angara said the Bureau of Customs has no record of the two expensive vehicles of two officials of the controversial Pharmally Pharmaceutical Corporation.

Angara announced this on Wednesday during the Senate deliberation on the 2022 national  proposal after Senator Richard Gordon found out if the  had information about the expensive vehicles of Pharmally officials.
