The suspect, Corporal Bryan Aguilar, assigned to the Polangui police station, and his brother Raymond were arrested.

But the car had an accident in Oas, so Rebusquillo responded to the scene.

Authorities believe Aguilar’s gambling addiction and an enormous debt to Singh were the reason why the police committed such a crime.

The police allegedly owed Singh up to P400,000 and other personal creditors.

The case is being prepared to be filed against the two suspects.
