Actor Arjo Atayde admitted that he and his girlfriend, Maine Mendoza, are already talking about marriage.
In the vlog of broadcaster Julius Babao, the award-winning actor said that he is old enough to settle down since the two of them are not getting any younger.
“Obviously, I’m not naman wasting time. At the same time, sobrang mahal ko po yung tao, very sincere yung tao,” said Atayde.
When asked if he could say Mendoza was “the one,” Atayde quickly agreed.
“It’s very hard to explain how a person could be unique the way you see them. To me, she’s very loving person. Mabuti ang puso niya and that’s also hard to find. Sincerity, loyal na tao. Grabe magmahal,” the actor said.
He is happy with the intense love given to him by the actress and host, who, besides being a partner, has also become his best friend.
Arjo Atayde could not avoid the question of whether Maine agreed with his entry into the world of politics.
Admitting this, Mendoza supported him in running for Congress in Election 2022 despite some doubts at first.

Atayde’s mother Sylvia Sanchez also participated in the said vlog where she explicitly admitted that she wants to have grandchildren.
“Natatawa talaga ako. Oo gusto ko na magkaapo. Siya ang panganay eh. Siya yung matanda eh. Kaya marami akong aso kasi wala akong baby, kung pwede nga lang, ako na manganak, manganganak ulit ako,” said Sylvia.
Although Arjo Atayde and Mendoza are not in a hurry, Sanchez approved of the actress if her son gets married.
