Bureau of Immigration (BI) turned over Talbot to the National Bureau of Investigation for further inquiry.

According to the BI, Talbot hid the baby in her over-sized “oversized belt bag” and “was not declared nor presented to the immigration inspector during departure formalities.”

Bureau of Immigration (BI) deputy spokesperson Melvin Mabulac said that they could not confirm if Talbot was the baby’s mother since there were no available documents to show any information about the infant. Mabulac also said Talbot failed to present any documentary evidence showing her relationship or authority to bring the child with her abroad.
