The police are conducting an in-depth investigation after two female high school students were found both dead while hanging inside their school in Taguig City.
The Taguig Police identified the victims as Mary, 15-years-old, Grade 10; and Irish, 13-years-old, Grade 8 student of Signal Village National High School in Taguig City.
In the initial report of the Taguig City Police-Sub-Station 6, around 11:00 in the evening of November 10, 2023 when the bodies of two victims were discovered who were both hanged inside the Girl Scout Mini Office of the said school.
Based on the police report of a 16-year-old female student, she last saw the victims alive at 7:45 in the evening of the said date. The victims even told him to go home.
When she opened the messenger, she read on the group chat account that the two had not yet returned home, so she decided to look for them immediately.

She had just discovered the two had already hung themselves inside the mini office.
She reported the discovery to the duty security guards, who reported it to the police.
Meanwhile, the said incident has been trending on social media after Irish’s cousin posted a request for justice because her cousin could not commit suicide.
“Our family is asking and begging for your help— to all the classmates, teachers and friends of Irish Sheen Manalo and her classmate, Mary, come forward and tell the truth. Sheen and her classmate Mary were found dead last night, “nakabigti” raw according sa mga guards ng Signal Village National High School, nilabas ng police ‘yung dalawang bata without the SOCO. Uncooperative ‘yung Signal Village National High School and wala raw CCTV na gumagana sa school,” said Rhea Manalo.
“Please look into this DEPED TAPAT-Division of Taguig City and Pateros DepEd Philippines and Mayor Lani Cayetano. My cousin was an honor student and part of the GSP. She’s at Grade 8, Gold Section.
