14 Chinese, Vietnamese nationals rescued in Pampanga sex den

Regional Anti-Trafficking in Persons Task Group 3 (RATTG 3) rescued Chinese and Vietnamese women from a suspected sex den inside Clark Development Corporation, Mabalacat City, Pampanga on Tuesday morning.

According to a report from the office of Police Regional Director P / Brig. General Rhodel Sermonia, 14 Vietnamese and Chinese nationals were rescued. Two suspected operators, identified as Lin Xuan and alias Lepai were arrested while manager Wenqiang Zeng, all Chinese nationals, escaped quickly.

It has been found that only foreign clients have access to such sex den in Pampanga.

Authorities seized cash, mobile phones, several boxes of condoms, passports, IDs, a Mitsubishi Montero unit, and a Mitsubishi Mirage sedan from the suspects.

Woman beheaded for speaking English in Misamis Oriental

Authorities arrested a man who beheaded a woman and ate her brain in Talisayan, Misamis Oriental, Thursday.

According to Talisayan police chief Capt. Maribeth Ramoga, they identified the suspect as Lloyd Bagtong, 21, a resident of Brgy. Casibole.

The suspect said he got furious because he could understand the victim’s English.

Because of this, he beheaded the woman using a bolo and ate her brain.

The suspect admitted to the heinous crime and said he allegedly committed it while he was intoxicated and hungry.

Authorities found the victim’s body without top clothing and wearing only jeans.

The victim’s skull was found in Bagtong’s home.

The suspect has been charged with murder and is currently being held at the Talisayan Police Station.
