He took advantage of ordering the “11.11” sale of such a site.
Two days later, the order arrived immediately, but they got shocked by what came with the product.
“‘Yung item daw pagbukas niya may nakita siyang ahas, hindi lang isa, 2, isang maliit at isang malaki, yung mahaba na bali, kwento ni Are Jhae habang binubuksan yung parcel, nakabubble wrap talaga talagang wrap na wrap siya eh pagbukas niya napansin na niya yung ahas, akala niya freebies, toys ba na ano lang, kasi idineretso na niya pagsapit dun sa may ahas, gumalaw, yun na natakot na siya na totoo pa lang ahas,” said Ivan Christopher Reotan, Libunao’s brother -in -law.

The small snake was put in a plastic bottle while the larger snake, which was one meter long, was immediately killed.

“Nung time na yun vinedohan niya, pinicturan niya para maging aware din yung mga tao pagka nagrereceive ng item, kasi hindi biro ‘yon heh” said Reotan.

According to the Department of Trade and Industry Region 3, no complaint has yet been received by their office, but it is clear that it violates the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
Once the formal complaint is received, the DTI will call the merchant and the parcel delivery service provider to get their side.
The online shopping store itself has also contacted the victim and is also conducting its own investigation.
