A corpse that looked like a foreigner was found almost naked and seemingly tortured on the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) this Tuesday morning in the Porac, Pampanga area.
In a report by Saleema Refran on GMA News “24 Oras” this Wednesday, it was said that the victim was not stabbed or hit by a bullet, but he had wounds and bruises on his body.
“Foreigner looking, pero we cannot conclude kung ano talaga yung nationality,” said Porac Police Chief Lieutenant Palmyra Guardaya.
“May mga wounds siya, may mga pasa. Yung iba halos nangingitim na, ibig sabihin matagal na. Tapos yung iba, mapula-pula pa. Sariwa pa ibig sabihin mga bago pa. Tingin ko bago siya pinatay, talagang napahirapan muna siya,” added Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) Executive Director, Undersecretary Gilbert Cruz.
On November 1, a foreign-looking corpse was also found in Mexico City, Pampanga, with a gunshot wound to the head.
Until now, its identity has not been determined.
This Tuesday, a Chinese former Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGO) worker survived the shooting despite suffering eight bullet wounds in Porac.

The victim, who was allegedly kidnapped by his fellow Chinese, is still recovering.
With the help of an interpreter, the victim gave a statement and said that he applied for a job that he saw on Facebook.
He was allegedly picked up in Pasay and taken to Clark for a medical exam. But he was surprised when they pointed a gun at him and said that he would be ransomed from his relatives.
“The kidnappers asked for a ransom of 200,000 yuan, which is equivalent to P1.5-1.6 million. After they have confirmed everything, meaning to say they are quite sure these victims cannot pay up the ransom. They wait until midnight, 3 a.m., they bring him to the forest area to shoot him,” according to the interpreter.
The victim said that there were people he was with who were possibly dead.
This Monday, two Chinese women who were also victims of kidnapping were rescued in Mabalacat, Pampanga.
Because of what is happening, Cruz is worried.
