Meanwhile, police have eliminated the holdup angle in the shooting and murder of Gwenn Salamida, the former editor of Remate Online, who was killed inside her Salon and Spa in Brgy. Apolonio Samson, Quezon City.
It appeared in the narrative of a Grab food delivery rider, who has not been named for its protection that no holdup occurred in the incident.
According to the delivery rider, he was delivering the food ordered by the victims when he was suddenly accompanied into the salon by a man armed with an unknown caliber gun and immediately shot the victims.
Based on the report released by P/Maj Loreto P Tigno, deputy chief of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit of the Quezon City Police District (CIDU-QCPD), it appears that Gwenn Salamida sustained four bullet wounds to the back of the ear, head, elbow, and right shoulder, resulting in her immediate death.
It was learned that Gwenn Salamida was supposed to celebrate her birthday this Wednesday and would only dye her hair, so she went to the parlor.
